Delivery Timeframes

• Nairobi metro: same day to next business day (order cut-off 2 PM).
• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–4 business days.
• Other counties: 3–7 business days via trusted couriers.
• International consolidation orders: 7–21 days depending on origin country.

Shipping Fees

• Nairobi CBD / Westlands / Eastlands: KSh 200–350.
• Other Nairobi areas: KSh 300–450.
• Upcountry: calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number shared via WhatsApp (0790 851 661).
